Suraksha Bahuddeshiya Gramin Vikas Sanstha is also working for mentally disabled women, the most vulnerable community. Many families in rural areas simply cannot afford the high cost of medical care for their loved ones who are suffering from mental disabilities and as a result, these women are often left without the care they need to thrive. Understanding their circumstances we have taken the responsibility to provide financial assistance and support to them, helping them to access the treatment and resources they need to live full and healthy lives.
Social Welfare
Suraksha Bahuddeshiya Gramin Vikas Sanstha has its primary motive to bring upliftment and development to society. We are promoting social welfare in the rural areas of the state of Maharashtra. As the majority of the rural people belong to marginalized and backward sections they remain unreachable to the facilities that are easily available in urban and cities. We are working for making them be developed in every aspect. We arrange campaigns for them to make them aware of their rights and duties. All these are done with well-planned programs by including social and moral values in them. Women and children remain at the center of interest of these programs as we emphasize more on their development in bringing their community to the front end of advancing India.
Child Education
According to the Indian constitution, it is mandatory that children between the ages of 6 to 14 must be given free and compulsory education. Our primary motive is to work on this and we are motivated with the determination to provide the children with the basic support for education. We are trying to help the children to get their right to education. Our organization Suraksha Bahuddeshiya Gramin Vikas Sanstha is making all kinds of arrangements to help the children out of their boundaries and limitations with basic needs of life so that they can achieve their goals in life. The World is becoming modern and modernity has become necessary in the field of education as well. Regarding this, we emphasize making the education system modernized. And we are working on this too that children should get adapted to the modernized education system.
Women’s Empowerment
Women are the backbone of a cultured and educated society. Our main motive is to empower women of marginalized backgrounds with all the rights, needs, and facilities in the society. Empowering women is crucial to overcome critical social issues such as poverty and unemployment, which leads to empowering the nation. In India, women are still facing social inequalities and gender discrimination. Suraksha Bahuddeshiya Gramin Vikas Sanstha is working for them to get them educational rights and opportunities to be employed to become self-sufficient and independent. We also conduct training programs on stitching to make them able to self-employment. We feel satisfied to see them taking part in these programs and be motivated to do something better with their life and future.
Organizing Health Camp
Health is the most important factor in our life it may be mental health, physical health, and social health. Our foundation is striving to do its best in the health sector. We arrange several numbers of health check-up camps, Blood donation Camps on regular basis. We also keep several numbers of psychological counseling sessions for patients suffering from mental health issues and make people aware to self-check their health and the importance of maintaining healthy habits and basic hygiene. These camps are been associated with reputed doctors, nurses, and medical professionals. They are helping the local people by giving referrals, free medications, and supplementary nutritious foods for making rural India healthy and progressive.
Awareness Program Against Superstition
We organize some awareness programs on superstition and its effects on the life of people and society. Suraksha Bahuddeshiya Gramin Vikas Sanstha is worried about the fact that in rural areas people are still remaining in the darkness of superstition. They do and believe all kinds of superstitious stuff to get rid of an illness or prevent any type of unwanted incidents. Since we are working on this to eradicate superstition from society. We also explain the scientific causes of every natural incident and illness. This program also educates them to create a Superstition-free society to be a part of modern India. We feel satisfied with the huge response from the people to conduct this program successfully.
Awareness Program for Addiction Free Society
Suraksha Bahuddeshiya Gramin Vikas Sanstha is promoting good health as well as protecting the young generation from addiction to deadly alcohol and tobacco products. Regarding this, we conceptualize and run to build up awareness against addiction and its negatives effect on oneself and his family. We want to empower the coming generation to create a healthy society towards making our country healthy and protected from the harmful effects caused by addiction.
Awareness Program Against Foeticide
We are concerned that the majority of Indian families in rural areas want a baby boy rather than a baby girl as their child and heir. In some areas, girls are killed in their mother’s wombs or parents think that it would be more profitable if their boys would be educated rather than their girls. And it is disgustedly shameful that there is a high rate of percentage of crime against women have to deal with. So we conduct awareness programs to save the girl child and to give them a chance to live, grow and prove themselves in their way.
Cultural Program
Our Organization Suraksha Bahuddeshiya Gramin Vikas Sanstha arranges cultural programs annually. In this program people of all ages take part to perform singing, dancing, drama, reciting, etc. our main focus in arranging this program is to find out the artistic minds and talents through their performances, motivate them and nourish them. We want to encourage them to do better with their talents so that their possibilities can not be looked over and to inspire them to carry forward with their talents to get recognized by our society.
Agricultural Development
We know that the economic foundation of Our country is dependent largely on agriculture. In India, the majority of the population belongs to a rural area and engages in the agricultural sector as means of livelihood. Suraksha Bahuddeshiya Gramin Vikas Sanstha promotes agricultural development to make the farmers empower to strengthen the foundation of our country. We arrange several awareness and training programs for the farmers to make them understand the processes that will be profitable in boosting productivity and creating more employment in the agricultural sector.
Rural Area Development
Suraksha Bahuddeshiya Gramin Vikas Sanstha is addressing the problems of rural people and works for rural development in every aspect such as education, health, and agriculture. We promote the importance of education for Rural children. We arrange several medical camps and awareness camps for rural people so that they remain updated on their health issues. Women are provided with better opportunities to become financially independent. Farmers are been supported with advanced methods for farming so that they can be able to enhance productivity. We also try to make the rural culture free from addiction so that the upcoming generations can achieve great things in their lives and make a lifelong difference in the lives of rural underprivileged people.
